Professional Supervision and Coaching
A lot of professionals may be familiar with getting “In House” supervision from their manager or supervisor however “External” supervision provides a valuable source of objective support and professional development, usually on a regular fortnightly or monthly basis.

This supervision allows the professional, executive or worker to debrief, discuss work issues and to seek direction, training and support in areas that may not, for a number of reasons, be addressed directly through their organisation. This service is usually one-on-one appointment but can be done by telephone if necessary. Please contact Jen for more information 0401 500 049

Business Counselling/Coaching
Businesses are often looking for ways to ‘break through’ to get past a particular level of success and improve their business but despite many efforts find the break through difficult and fruitless. Jen’s approach to assisting businesses in understanding and improving the communication and relationship basis of organisations is innovative and thought provoking and can make a real difference.

This involves a process of going deeper than changing policy and procedure or restructuring. A combination of seminars, mediation or facilitation, team meetings and one-on-one sessions are tailored to the specific needs of the business. This allows members of an organisation (management and staff) in understanding the way they operate within the organisation, to understand the values of the organisation, to see what is stopping them from shifting into their full potential and to assist staff and management to get aligned and truly improve staff morale then being able to move to another level of efficiency and productivity. MORE INFORMATION
Neurological Re-Patterning & Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
In order to change your results and improve life outcomes you must change your behaviour. All learning, change and behaviour exist in the unconscious. So to achieve lasting transformation behavioural changes must be coded and stored in the unconscious.

Behaviours or habits are simply an actualized neural network in the brain. Habitual thinking is the result of the firing of a specific order and sequence of neurons in the nervous system.

When an impulse originates in the cell body of the neuron and travels down the neuron and that impulse reaches the end of the neuron, that impulse is communicated to the next neuron across a synaptic gap.

When impulses are repeated those neurons become more closely connected, until eventually that pathway becomes like a paved road. Over time, repetitious thoughts produce the same firing of neurons in the same order and sequences, this results in behavioural patterns or habits that may be difficult to break

It is possible to utilise Neurological Re-patterning to create new synaptic pathways that allow you to develop different, effective and lasting behaviours so you can achieve other results. So Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) together with Neurological Re-patterning is about discovering how each behaviour is wired in the mind, then re-wiring it by developing new neurological patterns that cause you to experience preferred outcomes.

Somatic Therapy
Somatic cells are any cells forming the body of an organism. The word "somatic" is derived from the Greek word s_ma, meaning "body". Somatic Therapy integrates the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of each of us allowing us to live our lives in ways that is more reflective of who we are. This is accomplished by assisting the client to become aware of their body and the sensations that are experienced through their body. These sensations are often feelings that have been long held and need to be expressed in a safe, compassionate and powerfully healing manner. As the client develops this compassionate awareness of their body, healing and personal growth on many levels is possible.

BACKGROUND ABOUT JEN FROOME
I was born and grew up near Manjimup, a small country town in the south west of Western Australia. The only girl in family of five children I spent the first 18 years of my life including primary and high school with my family in the Manjimup district. Life was full of the usual trials and tribulations including farm life and family fishing holidays, the angst of teenage years, being nearly 6 feet tall, being engrossed in sport, art, school friends, poetry, reading, movies and the confusion of not understanding my sexuality.

At the age of 22 years my life took a monument turn when my youngest brother, aged 8 years, was accidentally drowned. The impact of this tragic event propelled me, initially unknowingly, into a journey of self discovery and personal development that has lead me into living a confident and authentic life doing what I believe is my life purpose.

I have been in private practice as a Lifeskills Coach, Counsellor and Facilitator since 1990.

My background prior to becoming a Lifeskills Coach and Counsellor was in private and government organisations working in areas such as Human Resources, Workers’ Comp, Marketing and Administration. I have, in my life, tried my hand at many different jobs, tasks and situations.

The journey of healing, self discovery and personal development I embarked upon at the age of 22 has continued to this very day.

In my life I have experienced many challenges including the deaths of two brothers (youngest and oldest) and my father (who died when I was 25). Through all of these challenges “I have survived!”……………. finding love, laughter, joy and learning in the world at many levels. I have taken a journey filled adventure and challenges in order to learn, love, grow and succeed.

I have always sought lots of different perspectives about the world, myself and others by regularly immersing myself in supportive environments like seminars, counselling, mentoring and other training or learning opportunities. In each of these experiences, I always endeavour to be open minded to ‘try it on for size’, sometimes even having to ‘fake it till I made it’ and then I would take away what worked for me.

In this way I have, over the years, healed old wounds; learned to meditate; learned to take care of myself and improve my self esteem; explored my sexuality and developed a confidence in my own identity as a lesbian; learned empowering lifeskills such as assertiveness and boundary setting; improved existing skills such as my communication; learned to understand my own and others’ personality types; and, using techniques such as Neurological Re-patterning and NLP, I have created new beliefs, mind sets and ways of operating in my life that have allowed me to stay confident and successful. I have also endeavoured to surround myself with like minded people who can ‘meet me’ and can hold me to a higher standard should I need.

I have added to my existing skill base by studying and gaining international certification as a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neurological Re-patterning, Results Coaching and Ericksonian Hypnosis with Christopher Howard Training.

I operate in the world with a belief that ‘anything is possible’ and with that belief I have been able to manifest a blissfully exquisite relationship with my partner Tracey, have family and friends around me, build a successful counselling/coaching/seminar business where I assist people to become all of who they can be and I am my own boss. I am living a life of choice in beautiful Margaret River with happiness and contentment available to me every day.

I continually use the tools and resources I have developed and discovered in the last 28 years to take care of my emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing and by continuing to learn about myself and the world through seminars, reading, self reflection and talking to others. I also stay confident by living a life of integrity and by holding a certainty within myself that says :-

“The challenges that life brings me are the lessons that I need to learn and the opportunities that allow me to grow - so I may be all of who I can be. My life work and purpose is to continue to personally transform and to continue to facilitate unique personalised human transformation”

SEA / TREE CHANGE
My counselling business was based in Perth until early 2007 at which time my life partner Tracey Inglis & I made a “sea/tree change” to Margaret River. This very conscious move was made with a view to providing quality Lifeskills Coaching and personal development opportunities and seminars for the local and south west communities as well as for regions all over Western Australia.

I am delighted to say that Tracey and I have successfully followed our dream of becoming part of the community, making our joint business ‘Step Into Your Future Seminars’ a reputable and thriving venture and re-creating my coaching/counselling practice in a new and powerful way.

Step Into Your Future Seminars

stepintoyourfuture@bigpond.com What’s your potential ?

Did you know.......
We have about 2 million pieces of data coming towards us at any given second. Sights, sounds, experiences, ideas, concepts, language (spoken & body), symbols & information: all in a multitude of forms. We can only consciously process 7 plus or minus to the power of 2 (ie about 137) pieces of that data at any given second. The rest of the data gets stored in our unconscious

All behaviour, learning and change occurs in the unconscious. Your whole system, yes yours, ie your nervous system, your brain, muscles, cells and all of who you are is more powerful than any computer. You have 15 billion brain cells that are blinking and operating like the lights in thousands of towns and cities across the planet. Your ear can hear 1,600 difference frequencies, ranging from 20 to 20,000 cycles per second. Your eyes can detect a single photon of light. The 800,000 fibres in each of your optic nerves can transmit more information from 132 million rods and cones to your brain than the world’s largest optical computer system. There are more than 300 million tiny air sacs in your lungs that provide oxygen to the 100 trillion cells throughout your body. The 206 bones and 656 muscles in your body means that you have more functioning capacity than any other known creature on the planet.

IMAGINE THAT ! ! ?
If you could understand the potential of what you are capable of and harness that potential, imagine what you could achieve!!
